Technical description of the project

This new project will be built in traditional masonry and will meet the standards for low-energy buildings.

The windows and doors will be made of PVC with triple glazing. All external blinds will be made of aluminum with electric control.

Heat production will be ensured by an air-water heat pump and distribution will be done through the floor.

The apartments will be equipped with an individual heating and hot water metering system.

Each apartment will be equipped with an installation ready to receive a private washing machine and dryer.
