Oberdorfstrasse 43, 9524 Zuzwil SG
On the outskirts of the village of Zuzwil, between meadows and fields, a unique project has been planned. An old farmhouse is to be given new splendor – for a quiet and yet modern life in nature.LocationThe property is located on the municipal and cantonal border between Zuzwil and Wuppenau, surrounded by green landscapes. The adjacent village stream offers the optimal sound backdrop for beautiful summer evenings. Relaxation, plenty of peace and quiet, and enjoyment of nature make the location unique. The southwest-facing forecourt is large enough to celebrate parties with friends and acquaintances – even late into the night.ProjectThe farmhouse has three floors. On the ground floor, an open living, dining, and cooking area has been designed, as well as a wet cell with toilet and sink. The upper floor will have three large rooms and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks. A first highlight is planned in the attic. The studio stretches over almost the entire area. Only another bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink will be available on this floor. In the basement, a total of three cellar rooms and a foyer and technical room will be created. The barn next to the house is certainly the most visible highlight of the project. This has an area of 100 m2 and makes the project definitely unique. Next to it, a separate storage room will be available for garden tools or similar items. The standard of construction is set high, but can be determined individually on the inside (selection of materials such as kitchen, flooring, etc.). The exterior design was planned in accordance with the cantonal regulations for the agricultural zone and cannot be changed. The approved input plans for the new building house with barn can be viewed at Fürstenlandhaus AG.The project was passionately planned with the goal of building a unique property for the buyer and, through the renewal, to support more life in the countryside again.
