At this location, the beautiful Nyffelhof was built in 1889. More than 100 years later, in 2000, the current owner had the by then dilapidated farmhouse completely dismantled, except for the roof truss on the stable side, and built a new one. Local craftsmen and specialists built the house in the Minergie standard with 3 spacious apartments and many practical additional rooms.

The rented apartments have, on a net living area of just over 125 m², two wet cells, three bedrooms and an open living, dining and kitchen area. The equipment is of high quality in good property standard. A chimney stove and the ventilation system are just two of the many amenities. Each apartment has a large storage room either on the floor or on the ground floor.

The house is connected to the sewerage and water supply. The well gets its water from its own spring.
