Situé à la sortie du village de Leytron, au départ de la route menant à Ovronnaz, ce bâtiment historique datant de 1913 ravira les amateurs d'architecture et de peinture. En effet, l'édifice, classé au patrimoine cantonal, est composé de trois tours d'angles et le rez-de-chaussée est orné de fresques murales de Charles Wüthrich.
Actuellement, le rez-de-chaussée est utilisé comme café et les étages supérieurs comme logement. Le bâtiment dispose d'un volume intéressant (environ 2'000 m3) en cas de rénovation/transformation des locaux.
