The converted rustico is located at an altitude of approximately 800 meters in "Monti di Vairano" and is very quiet, situated below a small hamlet between Vira-Gambarogno and Indemini.A beautiful retreat in the midst of nature to relax and enjoy a simple life. A large land share of over 3,000 m2 with forest and meadow belongs to it.The rustico can be reached via a hiking trail that runs alongside the house.In the upper area of the property, it leads directly into the living area-kitchen with an open fireplace, into the sleeping area, and onto the large covered veranda, which invites you to a cozy get-together. From here, you can access the bathroom and also the bedroom.In the lower area, there are cellar rooms for tools and a small natural cellar for storing food.Nearby is a well-known yoga path and the power spot "Sass da Grüm".Parking possibilities are available above along the road. From here, a footpath of about 5 minutes leads to the rustico.
