The air-conditioned apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and are connected by an internal elevator. It has a large living room with 2 sofas, a kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. There is a separate dining area with a table and 10 chairs, as well as two fully equipped kitchens with each having a dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer. From here, you can access the panoramic terrace, which is equipped with a large table and seating area - perfect for relaxed meals with breathtaking views.
On spacious, bright 2 floors, the residence offers space for up to 10 people (including the attic apartment) and convinces with high-quality amenities:

Bedroom 3: This spacious bedroom on the top floor has a double bed (1.80m wide), a wardrobe, and 2 dressers.
A double sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for 2 people.
Bathroom 1: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, large sink, and toilet.
Bathroom 2: A bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
The two apartments are connected by an internal elevator.
