The open kitchen is equipped with cooking plates, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, and a hair dryer. Enjoy your stay on the balcony with a table and chairs. WLAN internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. A laundry room on the ground floor is also available free of charge. The apartment is located in the Erlenmatt district, a new urban area designed for modern living, working, and leisure, and is part of the Bâleo Erlenmatt building. The district has a large central park and is close to the Lange Erlen recreational area. The building itself houses a Coop supermarket, a kindergarten, restaurants, and a fitness center. The area is optimally connected to public transportation, with Badischer Bahnhof train station just 500 meters away and EuroAirport reachable in 10 minutes. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building, providing quick access to Basel SBB train station and all the city's attractions. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage insurance of CHF 2,000.00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged. These payments are to be made directly to the trusted partner after booking. All additional costs, WLAN internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price. Please note the following important information about additional fees. Optional additional services will only be charged if selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes are tourist taxes, which vary by city: in Lucerne CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city, maximum 30 nights are charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax with registration in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the accommodation. Additionally, for stays of 28 nights or more, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
