The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Bülach. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafes are within a few minutes' walk. The Bülach train station and public transportation offer a quick connection to Zurich and the surrounding area. Additionally, the surrounding natural areas invite you to take walks and relax.

You can enjoy the following living comfort in the apartment:

• a total living area of 49 m2 (see floor plan)
• laminated flooring in all living rooms
• bathroom with bathtub, tile floor, and without windows
• closed kitchen with ceramic glass
