• 3–6 months: CHF 1'800.– / month, including utilities, electricity, and outdoor parking space

• From 6 months: CHF 1'400.– / month, including utilities and outdoor parking space, excluding electricity

Short rental period:

• 1 week: CHF 1'200.– including utilities, electricity, and outdoor parking space

• 2 weeks: CHF 1'500.– including utilities, electricity, and outdoor parking space

• 3 weeks: CHF 1'800.– including utilities, electricity, and outdoor parking space

• 4 weeks: CHF 2'000.– including utilities, electricity, and outdoor parking space

Deposit: 1–3 months' or weeks' rent, depending on the rental period, payable in advance.
