3.5 room Apartment in La Chaux-de-Fonds

3.5 room apartment that will be completely renovated. The candidate will be able to choose the color of their kitchen as well as that of the tile floors. They will also have the choice between a shower or a bathtub. The rent has already been adapted accordingly.

The paintings and floors will also be redone; 10% of the total bill for floors and paintings will be charged to the incoming tenant (except for the installation of parquet in the living room, which is offered).

The work will begin once the lease is signed. The tenant will not be able to live there during the work (about 2 months). The rent must be paid immediately and the management will refund the net rent for the number of days during which the apartment could not be occupied by the tenant. It is therefore necessary to plan to be able to pay the rent without living there immediately.

Example:
Lease on October 1, 2026 (the rents for October and November 2026 must be paid by the tenant even if they do not live there).
Entry into the accommodation after the work, (about 2 months later) around December 1, 2026.
The management will refund the net rent for October and November after the work is completed.
