We rent a 2 ½-room apartment located on the 2nd floor of the central Prestige Du Lac residence in Lugano.

The apartment is divided as follows: living/dining room with open kitchen and access to the balcony, bedroom, which also overlooks the large terrace, a bathroom with bathtub.

A gym, sauna, and condominium room are available to all residents.

Purpose: Secondary residence / vacation use. Minimum rental period 3 and maximum 10 months. Contract not renewable. It is not possible to transfer your residence address to the apartment. No students.

Monthly rent: CHF 1'250.00

Monthly expenses: CHF 250.00

A possible parking space is available for CHF 200.00 per month.
