This studio has one room, a bathroom with a bathtub (or shower), and a beautiful terrace with a view of the surrounding greenery and hills. The youth hostel (renovated castle) Mariastein - Metzerlen is also visible from the terrace.

In the entrance area, there is a refrigerator/minibar. The lighting is very good, so the studio could also serve as a painter's studio.

In the same building, on the ground floor/basement with a view of the fields, there is a great fitness center with various fitness equipment, a sauna, and a separate sports room. This sports room can be rented separately (by course) by arrangement and availability.
In the next house (on the same street), a physiotherapy practice with treatment rooms and a fango kitchen is also available for rent.
