At Hubelstrasse 6 in Rubigen, we are renting a 1.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house with a total of nine apartments as of November 1, 2026.

The apartment has an open living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room. From the living area, you can access the private balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The gallery offers enough space to set up a sleeping area and a workspace. The apartment also includes a private basement.

Two communal laundry rooms are available to residents.

Rubigen offers good connections to public transport and the highway. Shopping opportunities and various services are located in the town or in the surrounding area.
Pedestrian and bike paths along the Aare are also easily accessible.

If required, an outdoor parking space can be rented for an additional CHF 40.- per month.
