3.5 room Apartment in Rubigen

At Hubelstrasse 6 in Rubigen, we are renting a 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house with a total of nine apartments as of November 1, 2026.

The apartment has a closed kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. The apartment includes a private balcony and two spacious rooms. The gallery offers additional space and can be used in a variety of ways, such as a work, play or living area.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Additionally, the apartment has a separate guest toilet. The apartment also includes a private basement.

Two communal laundry rooms are available to residents.
