3.5 room Apartment in Zürich

We are renting a 3.5-room apartment in the Vulcano in Zurich Altstetten as of 01.12.2026. The three 80-meter-high towers offer bright, modern apartments with a spectacular view. Your new apartment is a Smarthome. This means that many technical functions - light, air conditioning, devices, etc. - are networked and can be controlled not only via switches but also via your smartphone from anywhere.

The apartment is equipped in the Shades of Grey design line.

Living in the Vulcano means privileged living. In a booming neighborhood, with all comforts nearby. From here, all paths are open to you, whether via the SBB or ZVV network. In the underground garage, there is also plenty of space for two-wheelers and if you want to charge your e-vehicle, no problem. We have enough charging stations. And of course, there is also Mobility.
