A beautiful and spacious 3.5 room apartment with balcony. It has a big, open living room and dining room space, with built-in storage. The master bedroom is very spacious (17m2), and there is a second smaller bedroom/office. 3 min walk to the 46 bus stop and walking distance to Meierhofplatz where you can find all the necessary shops. The apartment is located on a 30km/h street, at the end of a dead-end road, a family-friendly area. We are looking for an apartment in Kreis 10 (bit closer to the center), or anywhere close to a forest as we have a dog (e.g. Albisrieden). We are also open to move outside the city close to the lake (Greifensee, Thalwil, Gorgen, Wädenswil, Herrliberg, etc). max 2500chf and min 3 rooms.
