The FiveCubes project is located in a central area at Widmerstrasse 73a-e in Zurich Wollishofen. By combining renovated old apartments and newly built attic apartments, a harmonious ensemble of five houses is created, arranged in a U-shape around the greened inner courtyard.

The Wollishofen district:
Wollishofen is located on the left lake shore between the Sihl and Lake Zurich and impresses with its good infrastructure and excellent leisure facilities. As an open and lively residential district in Zurich's district 2, Wollishofen is popular with young and old alike. Extensive walks along the lake are possible, as is a refreshing swim in the beach bath, excursions to the Entlisberg, or film and theater performances, exhibitions, and discussion rounds at the Rote Fabrik.

The former farming village forms the southern border of the city of Zurich and is easily accessible by public transport and individual traffic.
