From 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, we are renting temporarily a spacious 5-room old building apartment at Hegibachstrasse 105 in Zürich.

The apartment is located in an older building and has the typical charm of an old building apartment. It is not modern, but offers spacious rooms, a lot of character, and a pleasant, homely atmosphere.

With a total of five rooms, the apartment offers plenty of space and is ideal for a couple, a family, a shared flat, or people who appreciate additional rooms for working or living.

We are looking for reliable tenants who are looking for a cozy home in Zürich for six months and appreciate the authentic character of an older apartment.
