Optional additional services will only be charged if selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the accommodation. Additionally, for stays of 28 nights or more, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
