On the former industrial site Gangloff, at Europaplatz, the Urban Square development has created a high-quality, environmentally friendly, and urban living space for young and old. Thanks to its excellent public transport connections, you can travel in an environmentally friendly way.

As of December 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting a approximately 16m2 large studio that can be used as a storage or archive room.

The studio offers the following advantages:

• central location with good public transport connections

The studio does not have a toilet and cannot be used as living space.
