We are renting a hobby/craft room (approx. 13 m2) on the ground floor at Zihlackerstrasse 3 in Reinach, starting from December 1, 2026, or by agreement.

The room is suitable for various uses, such as a practice room, office, storage room, or hobby/craft room. The floor is equipped with laminate and is easy to maintain. A spacious window provides plenty of daylight and makes the room appear friendly and inviting. There is a shared waiting area in front of the room, and the toilets in the house can also be used.

The Reinach Dorf stop is just a three-minute walk away and is served by tram line 11 and bus lines 64 and 62, among others, making public transportation easily accessible. Various shopping opportunities, bakeries, and other daily necessities are also within walking distance.

If desired, a parking space in the garage can be rented additionally for CHF 150.00 per month.
