Parking in Lugano

We propose for rent a parking space assigned inside a garage in Via Canonica, in the heart of Lugano, in a particularly convenient and easily accessible location.

The garage is accessible via a downward ramp and is closed by an automatic gate with key opening.

Rental conditions

The rental takes place through substitution into our current rental contract, with expiration 08.02.2027.

• Monthly rent: CHF 250.–

• Duration of substitution: until 08.02.2027

• The rent for the entire remaining period must be paid in advance

• Possibility, at expiration, to evaluate a possible extension of the rental directly with the main landlord

Since it is a substitution into an already existing rental contract, all conditions and provisions of the current contract remain valid and applicable.
