Bim Chrützchappeli is creating "Wissli" – a small, carefully planned ensemble of eight single-family homes for the first residence. With a view of the Valsertal valley, the houses combine contemporary wooden construction with the region's handicraft tradition – local larch and fir wood, stone slab roofs, and equipment that focuses on longevity rather than short-term trends.

Three spacious single-family homes (Type A) and five connected semi-detached and row houses (Type B) offer living spaces between approximately 146 and 198 m², with 2 to 3 bedrooms, a private work or study area, and spacious outdoor seating areas. All houses have an assigned parking space in the shared garage.

The use is exclusively intended as a first residence: "Wissli" is being created for people who want to be at home in Vals, not just take vacations.
