Inoltre il Bilocale è dotato di TV via cavo, allacciamento Internet, tapparelle motorizzate, videocitofono, cucina completamente arredata (lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, pentole, piatti, posate, ecc.), ferro da stiro, biancheria da bagno, biancheria da letto, aspirapolvere e altri attrezzi per la pulizia.

Il riscaldamento è regolabile autonomamente.

In the quiet and green Montarina neighborhood, near Tassino Park, we are offering a furnished one-bedroom apartmentfor short-term rent (from 3 months, up to a maximum of 9 months). The rent includes all utility costs.

The elegant Residenza Amaryllis consists of only 9 apartments and features a small, welcoming communal garden.

The apartment includes a living area with a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV cabinet, as well as a kitchen and a terrace. In the separate sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed with bedside tables, a bathroom, and a laundry corner with a washer-dryer column.

Additionally, the apartment is equipped with cable TV, internet connection, motorized blinds, video intercom, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.), iron, bath and bed linen, vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning tools.

The heating can be individually adjusted.

All major services are nearby, and Lugano city center can be easily reached on foot or by public transport. Lugano FFS train station is just a short walk away.
